Andrew, a native of New York, is an expert in the Self Storage industry with over 10 years of experience as a Senior Manager and Regional Trainer for United Store All. As well as, Area Manager and Consultant for U Store It. In his 10 years, he has been involved with the management, acquisition, conversion and/or operation of over 45 multi-million dollar self storage properties throughout the East Coast. Andrew currently manages three projects in Baltimore City. He has written many articles on a variety of self-storage topics, including a quarterly newsletter on sales and customer service. Andrew has knowledge in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. Andrew is currently with JBL Real Estate, a Commercial and Residential brokerage firm specializing in the market feasibility studies, site selection and third party property management services.
